The Rolls of Monmouth Golf Club is set in superb countryside and the course name comes from the Rolls family (as in Rolls Royce), whose estate overlooks the course.

After visit of the The Hendre House, will proceed to the town of Monmouth. By the banks of the River Wye, Monmouth has historic connections with early Roman and medieval times.
遊覽過“The Hendre House”以後即前往蒙莫思鎮。在懷河的兩岸散佈著羅馬和中世紀時期著名的建築。
 Strolling around Monmouth town is a historical journey indeed. The town has numerous historical buildings and sites of interest, particularly the unique 13th century stone gated MonnowBridge which is in an immaculate state of preservation. There are only 3 such bridges of the period in all Europe!

 Another remarkable point of attractions in the area is Tintern Abbey, founded in 1131 in the beautiful Wye valley, complete with abbey church alongside extensive remains of cloister and associated monastic buildings.

In a lovely June afternoon, what else could be better than to take a rest from it all to enjoy strawberry tea break in a friendly coffee shop in Abbey Mill. The coffee shop hosts a delight of home cooked cakes and Welsh specialities including Abbey Mill's famous 'Mill Wheel' teacake.  Abbey Mill also stocks a range of local beers brewed at the Wye Valley Brewery including Butty Bach , Dorothy Goodbody and our local Abbey Ale.
