As fellow golfers, we understand what a hassle it is to lug your suitcases and golf bags around in a foreign land, trying to flag a cab down or hop onto buses to get to a destination. Unlike Hong Kong, it is not customary for people to hail a taxi in Italy. To save you all the troubles, we have thoughtfully arranged private chauffer-driven transfers for your convenience. We’ll have a driver to pick you up from the airport, bring you to the hotel, fetch you to the designated golf courses and take you back to the hotel.
We will arrange for you to lodge in only two hotels, one while you are in Milan and another throughout your sojourn in the Lake Garda area. This will spare you plenty of headaches having to move from hotel to hotel during your week of stay abroad.
We have also gone out of the way to facilitate your commuting convenience: In the Lake Maggiore area, your hotel will be located downtown, in an area known for its thriving night life, restaurants and trattorias. Actually some of the best wines in Italy come from this area and the locals come here for leisure eating and drinking, with some of the best Italian restaurants like Ristorante "A1 Soriso" (voted one of the four best restaurants in Italy in 2008),Olimpia, located just one kilometer from the hotel, providing a special price for its guests. Your hotel in Milan is near the shopping districts, flea markets, luxury brand stores and antique fairs.
As for golfing, do look forward to having a great experience. You may be unfamiliar with Italian golf circuits, but some of the golf courses we arrange for you to play in count among the best in Milan and Lake Garda and even the entire country. And you’ll have the opportunities to play amid a stunning backdrop of majestic mountains and cobalt-blue lakes.
In addition, we are enclosing an itinerary to give you some ideas of what you can do when in Italy, besides golfing. Please feel free to improvise and design your own travel plan to suit your needs and preferences better.
